Vocational training is one of the cornerstones of the IEMS, it prides itself in being able to provide vocational training at every level to help enhance the skills of the workforce and reduce risk and health issues to both employee and community.
The aim of this assessment facility is to help organizations recruit and assess on weekly basis competent staff at operational levels. IEMS aims to provide bespoke assessments in accordance with the needs of the business and to help make better decisions when recruiting..
- Provide assessment information to help recruit competent people and assess competency level after hiring while on job on weekly basis.
- Reduce operational down time through providing supportive assessments
- Identify training needs internally for those who are hired or based of skills gaps identified during existing drivers assessment.
